Previously Jason worked in the restaurant industry. He has 30 years of experience, 10 of those years dedicated to managing a 5-million-dollar restaurant. He also had the opportunity to travel and participate in the hiring and training of staff for 7 locations across the country. This cultivated his ability to work as a project manager, solve problems and communicate well. Jason recognizes that every client and transaction is different. Working in one of the most challenging markets in the industry has taught him to be a great listener and he always gets the job done right!

In his free time, Jason enjoys date night with his husband of 14 years. They support local businesses throughout their vibrant community. (Of course, happy hour with friends is also a blast!) They have 2 dogs and use their dog walks as an opportunity to explore their community, including Wapato Dog Park, Chambers Bay, Point Ruston, and more. Jason is also an avid supporter of his community through the Windermere Foundation. A portion of his commission is donated to a variety of nonprofit organizations every year and is a proud sponsor of Compassion International, the world’s leading authority in holistic child development through sponsorship.

Little-known fact or What I’m known for

When I was 16 I went to Europe with the Southern CA Youth Chorale and we spent 6 weeks and put on 19 concerts in big cathedrals. We got to go thru Checkpoint Charlie in East Berlin (1966). In 1994, we toured China and I got to go to the top of the Great Wall of China. In 2005 I moved here from Southern California and I quickly familiarized myself with Pierce County and now I am a tour guide for many.
